Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 30, 2003, 2 p.m. at Anderson & Woodard Funeral Home, conducted by Randy Wells, Doyle Farris and Chris King. Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Active pallbearers were Thomas & David Burnley, Jerry & Oscar Williams, William Lee and Don Bates.
She was born in Adolphus, KY, Sept. 24, 1910, a daughter of the late C.J. and Martha Doss Burnley. She was married to John Silas Creasy, Sr., who also preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and member of Westmoreland Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, John Silas (Shirley) Creasy, Jr. of Westmoreland; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
