Funeral Services for Karen King, age 31, of 222 Delbert Birdwell Road, Whitleyville, TN., and formerly of Red Boiling Springs were conducted Sunday, March 23, 2003 from the chapel of the Phillip Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with Morgan Medlin officiating. Her family and friends served as pallbearers. Interment followed in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park.

Karen King passed away Wednesday morning, March 19, 2003 at her residence.

A native of Monroe County, KY., the daughter of Herman and Billie Cain King of Red Boiling Springs. She was preceded in death by a brother, Martin Head.

Survivors besides her parents include sisters; Wanda Young, Portland; Loretta (David) Overstreet and Susan King all of Elmwood; brothers: Herman (Angie) King, Jr., Lafayette, Kevin (Joyce) King and Kelly King all of Red Boiling Springs; nephew: Marty Justin Head, Red Boiling Springs.
