Bulldogs hand MCJHS, Defeated losses

The Red Boiling Springs Junior High Bulldogs traveled to MCJHS on Monday, December 2, for a cross county Junior High match-up.

The Junior Bulldogs won this game with an edge of your seat type move with under a minute in the game as Nick Mason stole the ball from MCJHS and hit a lay-up to win the game 35 - 33.

Tyson Jenkins led the Junior Bulldogs in scoring with 15 points.

Also putting points on the board for RBSJHS were Dustin Dozier with 9, Nick Mason with 8 and Trey Leonard with 3.

Ben Gentry didn't put any points one the scoreboard in this game, but did manage to step up and lead the team by grabbing 4 rebounds, getting 3 assists and 5 steals in the game.

On this past Monday, December 9, the RBSJHS Bulldogs easily defeated the team from Defeated by a final of 42-22.

Leading the scoring for RBSJHS were Nick Mason and Ben Gentry with 13 points each.

Other Bulldogs putting points on the score board included Dustin Dozier with 6, Trey Leonard with 2, Tyson Jenkins with 4, and Darren Hussey with 2.

Gentry and Dozier led the team in rebounds, grabbing 5 each.

Gentry led the team in steals with 6, followed by Mason and Peyton Roark with 2 each.

Nick Mason had 4 assists in the game and Tyson Jenkins had 2 assists in the game.

This win put the RBSJHS Bulldogs record at 6- 5 on the season
