Funeral services for Truman Clark, age 89, of Sylvian Drive in Lafayette, Tn. were conducted Wednesday, October 30, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Phillip Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Jimmy Cook officiating. Pallbearers were James Reeves, Ernie Lofland, Tim Reeves, Bobby Bransford, Ricky Clark, David Clark, Gary Clark, and Jeff Clark. Interment was in Anderson & Son Memorial Park, Lafayette, Tn.

Truman Clark passed away Sunday October, 27, 2002 at St. Thomas Hospital.

A native of Macon County, Truman Clark was the son of the late Dumas and Luna McCalpin Clark. He was married to Mary Imagene Beasley Clark who survives. He was also preceded in death by an infant son, sister Anna Merlene Roth, brothers William Mack and Wade Jackson Clark. He served our country in the Army during World War 11 where he received a Purple Heart. He retired from Sports Wear Associates in Lafayette and was a member of the Lafayette Church of Christ.

Survivors besides his wife include sisters Creola McDonald, Glasgow, Ky., Nadine Karpan, Lafayette, Tn and brother Leman Clark, Hendersonville, TN.
