According to a report from the Macon County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Bennie Hudgens received a call on June 1, at approximately 6a.m. to respond as back-up to a domestic call on Hauskins Road.
When Sgt. Hudgens arrived on the scene he saw Deputy Larry West taking Biggs into custody.
Hudgens began talking to Stacey Brooks the alleged victim of the domestic attack.
Brooks stated that she had reportedly returned home from a night out with friends and decided to stay at the neighbor's house for the remainder of the night.
The report stated that Biggs went into the neighbors house and allegedly jerked Brooks off the couch as she was sleeping at approximately 5:45 a.m. Biggs then reportedly proceeded to drag Brooks around the house and across the drive to Brooks residence.
Brooks then stated that Biggs reportedly had a knife and was threatening to cut himself while he attempted to choke Brooks while screaming that he would "end it all right there."
The report also states that Biggs continually tried to smother Brooks by allegedly covering her mouth and nose.
Deputy West did remove a knife from Biggs at the residence and Sgt. Hudgens advised Biggs of his rights and stated he was under arrest for domestic violence, and possession of a deadly weapon.
The report stated that Biggs then attempted to exit the residence by kicking Deputy West and trying to hot wire a vehicle. This bringing the charge of attempted auto theft and assault on an Officer.
When Biggs was brought into the Macon County Justice Center another knife was found in his boot bringing the charge of introduction of a weapon into a penal institution.
Biggs was placed under a $7250 bond and was made to stay the mandatory 12 hours.
