Deputy Hall responded to a 911 call on Meador Drive, Monday, May 6, to investigate a reported domestic dispute.
In his report Hall stated, that upon his arrival on the scene, he witnessed Alene appear to hit Dennis McGuire, her ex-husband, with a broom. Hall reported that he witnessed this through a side entrance.
Deputy Hall alerted the McGuires of his presence an entered the residence.
Hall further stated in his report that he asked Alene what she was doing to Dennis. Alene stated that her lawyer told her she could live in the residence with Dennis as long as they "could get along".
According to the report the domestic fight was instigated by the alleged sale of items belonging to Alene and her mother. Dennis stated that he had not sold any items.
Hall's report then stated that at this point Alene started hitting Dennis with a broom once again.
The report also stated that the house was in disarray with broken glass in several different places.
Deputy Hall requested that Alene get her purse and leave the residence. Hall then told her to contact her lawyer the next morning, but until then he wanted her to stay somewhere else.
Alene refused to leave. She then positioned herself in a chair. The report then states that when Hall advanced toward Alene she got behind a table.
Deputy Hall started to restrain her by grasping one arm. Hall's report stated that she refused and began kicking Hall in the lower leg and jerking away from him.
Sgt. Benny Hudgens, with the MCSD, also responded to the call. Hudgens restrained her by grasping her other arm.
Alene was handcuffed and taken to the Macon County Justice Center.
