Funeral services for Lola Driver Jenkins, ag 86, a resident of Westmorland Care and Rehab Center in Westmoreland, formelry of the Drapers Cross Roads Community in Macon County, TN, were conducted Monday, March 18, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel of the Phillip Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with E. C. Meadows officiating. Pallbearers were Larry Jenkins, Mike Jenkins, Corey Jenkins, James Hatfield, Jackie Gross, Nicholas Gross and Jana Jenkins. Interment was in the Enon Cemetery.

Lola Driver Jenkins passed away Saturday morning, March 16, 2002 at the Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, TN.

A native of Macon County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Lester Harrison and Allie McDuffee Driver. She was married to Malcolm Ray Jenkins in 1934, who preceded her in death on April 10, 2001. She was also preceded in death by her son, Larry Ray Jenkins; sister, Louise Evetts; and brothers, Dessie, Curtis, Jessie and Otis Driver. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse from the Macon County General Hospital and The Palace.

Survivors include daughter, Betty Sacheli, Red Boiling Springs; sons, Glenn (Janet) Jenkins, Nashville, TN, Gene (Carolea) Jenkins, CA, Larry Allen Jenkins, Lafayette; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
