Truck Pull rained out, rescheduled
The 8 th Annual Lafayette Fire Department’s Truck Pull was rained out after just one class ran on Saturday. Teachers and students were treated to a special day by being released at 12:00 on Thursday, May 10. Students surely enjoyed being released early, but this day was all about the teachers. Macon schools Field Day
A Life Skills Class Field Day for Macon County Schools was held Wednesday May 2 at Key Park. It was the first of its kind—a field day for every grade level. About 60-70 kids came from Fairlane Elementary, Lafayette Elementary, MCJH, and MCHS to participate.
