Based on the weather forecast for May 4th, TVA has postponed the outage scheduled for tomorrow night (May 4th). The outage to remove the damaged switch on their transmission line has been rescheduled (weather permitting) for Saturday night, May 11th beginning at 11:59 p.m. and will affect all areas served by the Hartsville substation (including Hartsville in Trousdale County, Castalian Springs in Sumner County and Green Grove and part of New Harmony Road in Macon County). Power is expected to be restored by 4:00 a.m. Sunday, May 12th. TVA will schedule another outage to install the repaired switch.
