The Tiger Football Club met on February 12 in the MCHS cafeteria to elect officers and approve the by-laws.
The 2013 officers are: President-Clint Perdue, Vice-President-Jeff Hughes, Secretary-Alicia Green, and Treasurer-LeAnne Whittemore. Committees were established to organize the annual ham breakfast fundraiser, which will be held March 9, and the chili supper that will accompany the team’s upcoming lift-a-thon, which will be held March 16 at MCHS.
The club currently has 80+ members and encourages everyone to join in and advance this organization’s efforts. The club will hold regular meetings the first Thursday night of each month at 6:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend. Use this information as you need to report.
