William F. “Bill” Downing, age 97, of Fountain Run, KY and native of Glasgow, died Saturday in Tompkinsville, KY.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 5th at Fountain Run Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Neal Cemetery in the Flippin Community, with full Military Honors by DAV Chapter 20 of Glasgow.
He was preceded in death by: Mother, the late Dora (Key) Veach, Spouse, the late Ila Katherine Marler.
