They Lady Bulldogs found themselves going downhill quickly after two quarters of play. When the half ended, the Lady Bulldogs went to the locker room down by 14 points which is not a huge margin. However, when they came back to open the third quarter, the Lady Bulldogs could not keep up with the offense of the Tigerettes. Ironically, the Lady Bulldogs were outscored by 5 points in the third and fourth quarters of the game. During the game, the Lady Bulldogs attempted 27 shots from the two point range. They made 12 of those for 44.4%. They tried to hit 19 three point baskets, but only made 4, for 21.1%. From the free throw line, they attempted 9 shots, making 5, for 55.6% shooting accuracy. The start of this game was not how the Bulldogs envisioned it would be. By the end of the first quarter, they were down by 10. The Bulldogs never managed to gain an edge on the Tigers. Being down by 33 points at halftime (they were outscored in the second quarter with the Bulldogs scoring 8 and their opponents scoring a monstrous 31 points), the Bulldogs knew they had their work cut out for them if they wanted to draw a victory. The last two quarters of play were reminiscent of the first two. The Bulldogs shot 20.8% from the two point line hitting 5 of 24 attempted shots. From the three point line, the Bulldogs had 27.3% accuracy hitting 3 of 11 shots. They were sent to the free throw line 11 times. They hit 7 of those free throws for 63.6%. For the game, the Bulldogs had a total of 32.6% shooting accuracy. Compared to the Watertown Tigers 58.3% shooting accuracy, this proved to be a factor in the outcome of the game.
