The parking lot of the Macon County Welcome Center stayed full on Wednesday, August 1, during Taco Bell’s 5-hour open interview hiring event. There was an overwhelming 231 applicants by the end of the day, who were fielded by six Taco Bell employees. The team from Taco Bell “is enthused with the energy and interest that Macon County has shown for upcoming opening for the new store location.”
