Phyllis was born in Wind Fall, Indiana on October 6, 1923, the daughter of the late Evert and Violet Stout.
She was a House Wife. She was the wife of Jerry Knotts.
Phyllis is survived by three sons: Rick (Laura) Pierce , and Rick James (Jessie) Knotts; James Evert Ley. She is also survived by three granddaughters: Tisha Knotts; Amy Jean Sweezy and Sarah Meadow.
A private Funeral Service was held at Hall Funeral Home, LLC, Celina, TN, at 11 AM on Thursday, January 14th, with Ken Miller officiating.
The family chose cremation.
