Naomi Wix was born on May 18, 1942 in Sumner County, Tennessee to the late Maynard Ray and Margaret Louise Roberts Ray. She was one of eight siblings born to this family.
Naomi was married on July 21, 1961 to Harold Wayne Wix. They have been together for fifty-one wonderful years.
They made a home together and had two sons and two daughters. Having four children and a house to manage kept Naomi very busy.
Her family was what Naomi’s life revolved around. She was much a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Besides Naomi’s parents; son, Nicky Lee Wix, daughter, Sandy Jean Wix, and one infant sister also preceded her in death.
Naomi and Harold were very involved in motorcycle rides, and loved their time spend together on their bike.
She always wore a smile and had a very giving heart. Naomi was always willing to help someone in need.
They had recently talked about how much they had acquired. They were not talking of material things, but of their children and grandchildren.
