The family of Judi Juarez discovered their daughter missing Sunday morning when they awoke. An Amber alert, which was issued Sunday, was canceled late Monday evening by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Family of the missing girl had told investigators that they had spoken with Jose Martin Cano, 22, and that he had their daughter with him.
He refused to let them speak with her prior to his capture.
According to officials, as of Tuesday morning, Cano is in custody.
