Kenneth Edward Ladd, 48, of Moss, Tennessee, passed away on October 4, 2012 at the Cumberland River Hospital. He will be cremated and no services will be conducted. Survivors are: Wife, Charlene Primeaux-Ladd, Mother-in-law, Karen Riggs, Brothers, Bobby Ladd, Danny Ladd, Delbert Ladd, Jr., Donnie Ladd, Larry Ladd, Steve Reyes, Barry Keene, Jeffrey Capps, Sisters, Nettie Willies, and Cheryl Ladd
