The Macon County Junior High School girls' basketball team beat Red Boiling Springs 30-25 on Monday night.

The win at Red Boiling Springs improved Macon County's overall record to 11-6.

Macon County led by a point at the half and by as many as seven points at one point in the second half.

Next, Macon County travels to Clay County on Thursday. Red Boiling Springs doesn't play again until Jan 4, when it plays host to Celina.
