Donald Wayne Smalling, age 68, of Lafayette, TN passed away December 16, 2012. Funeral services were held December 19th at Alexander Funeral Home, with internment following. Survivors are: Children, Donna Shaffer, Glenna Cothron, Mark Smalling Stevens; Siblings, James Smalling, Versie Dotson; three grandchildren.
