At last week’s Rotary club meeting, Rotarian Dennis Wolford presented the MCHS Track Team with a check for $200 to help purchase a new clock for the team from proceeds from Makin’ Macon Fit. The team also received a check for the Jingle Bell Run from the Rotary club for $100. Local Boy Scout Troup #405 also attended the meeting with Rotarian Barry Doss.


The Rotary club is a service organization devoted to various projects supporting the community-at-large, including Makin’ Macon Fit, the Macon County 3rd Graders Dictionary Initiative, Boy Scouts, the Macon County High School Interact Club and the Junior High Interact Club, as well as scholarships.
