Red Boiling Springs Police Chief Terry Tuck welcomed newest full time police officer Steve Castle to the force recently.

Castle has most recently worked in law enforcement for the White County Sheriff Department, Overton County Sheriff Department, and the Celina Police Departmen. Before that, he drove route trucks for several beverage companies. Castle has a wife and two sons. He is replacing transferred officer Jacob Jordan.

“I’m just looking to stay in a car,” said Castle, “and looking for a good department to call home.”

“We’re hoping for the best,” said Tuck. “He looks like a good qualified officer, and we’re going to try to put his skills to work!”
