Benny Maggart open house at The Loft

The Loft hosted an open house last Friday to introduce the work of Benny Maggart, which will be on display and for sale there for the next several months. Maggart, a longtime pastor, was an art major at MTSU with a focus on pottery. He now makes delicate clay works, sold under the name “MaggArt Pottery.” For more information, call 666-2083.

MCHS students attend math contest

On Tuesday, April 15, 27 students from Macon County High School traveled to Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN to compete in the 58th Annual State-Wide High School Math Contest. Plant Sale at Macon County High School

Macon County High School will be having a plant sale at the MCHS Greenhouse.
