Hiett named 3-Star chairman

Brenda Hiett will serve as the new chairman for Macon County’s 3-Star Committee.

Macon County Mayor Shelvy Linville made the announcement earlier today (Aug. 26) in an e-mail to 3-Star members.

“Brenda has been involved with 3-Star for several years and is very knowledgeable of the program,” Linville said in the e-mail. “I urge everyone to please offer Brenda your full support. I feel very confident that she will do an excellent job.”
