Born to Robert Allen (R.A.) Adams and Minnie Alice Carter Adams, August 24, 1933. A member of Cedar Bluff Missionary Baptist Church since she was a teenager. She graduated from Macon County High School in 1953 and was married July 23, 1957 to Grady Ed. Carr of Lebanon. She was a hair dresser and loved working on the farm, growing a vegetable garden and working in her flowers.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: sister-in-law, Rebecca Jones and brother-in-laws, Ed Boyanton, Jake Newburn, Bud Jones and Larry Quinn.

Memorial services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 6 PM Wednesday, August 25, 2010 conducted by Bro. Jimmy Cox.
Visitation with the family will be from 12 Noon until service time Wednesday. Anthony Funeral Home, Hartsville, TN in charge of arrangements.
