On behalf of the Red Boiling Springs Lions Club, we would like to give a heartfelt thank you to “Kingship”, “Happy Hearts” and “Spiritual Highway” singing groups for taking part in our second annual “Gospel Singing and Auction For Sight.” The event was held on Saturday night, Aug. 7, at the Donoho Entertainment Center in Red Boiling Springs.

We also want to especially thank the employees of Macon Bank of Red Boiling Springs, Citizens Bank of Red Boiling Springs, Donoho Hotel and Billy Roark for helping make our event a great success.

All of the above-mentioned people really deserve special praise for stepping up to the plate, and helping us raise money, when there is such a need in our community.
