The heavy rains overnight and into this morning have left her – and her white Maltese dog – in something of a bind.
Vanderlee said her entire yard is underwater. She said between two to five inches of water has completely covered her one-acre lot. She said the water is up to her front porch and her back door.
“I can’t even take him out to use the bathroom,” Vanderlee said.
