It's finally been decided who will fill her seat: Marcus Smith or John Tom Roberts.
Held at the same time as the County General Election, Smith beat Roberts by 92 votes in a run-off election Thursday, Aug. 5.
In the city election held in May, Smith and Roberts tied with 141 votes each.
This time around, Smith got 525 votes while Roberts received 433.
